Stephanie Nobile is a community development and land use professional with 15 years of experience advancing neighborhood revitalization, housing stability, and community-centered development initiatives.

Stephanie’s career has spanned community development, nonprofit leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on equitable neighborhood investment and resident-centered decision-making. A lifelong resident of Chicago’s West Side, Stephanie brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work. She is passionate about leveraging real estate development, land stewardship, and cross-sector collaboration to create thriving communities where residents can flourish and remain rooted for generations.

She holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and a PhD in Intercultural Studies. Her research examined placemaking, neighborhood change, and organizational responses to gentrification in Chicago. Her academic work, combined with her practical experience in housing and community development, informs her approach to land use strategy, property acquisition, and neighborhood revitalization.
