Eleanor Kole is GPCC's Wellness Associate. She is working directly with the Neighborhood Market and Garden Network. She previously worked within Gardeneers, Chicago Food Policy Action Council, and Gary Comer Youth Center. Therefore, she has been working within the non-profit space for over a year focused on improving the existing food systems.
She has been passionate about growing and supplying food to those who need it most from a young age. She is a leader within her neighborhood serving as the Hyde Park Farmer's Market Manager and a committee member on Hyde Park Garden Fair. She has worked in agriculture, culinary, consumer packaged goods, market research, and retail. She has a Master's in Market Research and a Bachelor's in Food Industry Management with a minor in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems.
