Looking for more than just a place to live? Are you curious how cooperative ownership can make housing affordable?
Join other residents on November 19 to learn about co-ops as part of Phase II of Fifth City Commons.
At the first meeting, the architects engaged with and listened to residents' housing preferences.
At the second meeting, residents provided feedback on the initial architectural designs and heard from a panel of housing co-op owners from Pilsen, Chatman, South Chicago, and Avondale.
On November 19, the conversation will shift to shaping the membership process, financials, and the bylaws for the potential co-op.
