Opening Doors to Homeownership | 3C Orientation

Are you ready to explore homeownership opportunities in Garfield Park and Humboldt Park?

Join us for an in-person 3C Orientation on Friday, Aug. 7 at the Breakthrough FamilyPlex (3219 W. Carroll Ave.)!

Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago's HUD-approved housing counselors will be on-site to cover:

• The 3C initiative and the homebuying process
• Development partners, available homes, and floor plans
• Mortgage products designed specifically for 3C borrowers
• Down payment assistance opportunities

Dinner will be provided.

And you can also make an evening of it! Breakthrough will also be hosting its Homecourt Summer Series from 4–8 p.m. right down the block, featuring youth basketball tournaments (ages 8–19), games and activities for all ages, bounce houses, food, and more.
