Are you interested in setting down roots and exploring your homeownership opportunities? Join us at the 3C Housing Fair on Saturday, March 7 to learn about a program that is opening up new homebuying opportunities for West Side residents.

The 3C program is charting a new path to build wealth through homeownership. This program includes affordable mortgage loans, down payment grants, and brand-new homes in East Garfield Park and Humboldt Park.

At this Housing Fair, we'll have HUD-Certified Housing Counselors and 3C Developers on-site to answer your questions, give you an inside look at new homes coming to the market, and walk you through every step of the homebuying process.
