2025 Roof Home Repair

The City's Home Repair Program provides grants to income-eligible homeowners for improvements to their roof or porch. To register for this opportunity, call 311 by 5 p.m. this Friday, March 21. In addition to the City Repair program, Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA)  may provide up to $20,550 for certain roof and electrical repairs for owner-occupied income-eligible homeowners who qualify for ILSFA.
