Garfield Park Retail and Real Estate Initiative

The Garfield Park Retail and Real Estate Initiaitive is a business resource center and community marketing hub. As a resource center, we assist local businesses and property owners in accessing services to sustain their individual enterprises. Our 'no cost' services include business consultations on issues such as marketing, alternative financing options and business plan enhancement. We also serve as a hub for community wide demographic, site and traffic information.

Garfield Park is a historic community located a short distance from downtown with available land for mid-sized developments, strong purchasing power and high population density. We will continue to aggressively market the benefits of expansion to developers, retailers and entreprenuers.
